Closing down vehicle traffic on Telegraph: If we look at the history of the Telegraph area we see that the Christmas Craft Fair always brings people to shop and benefits all business from street vendor to local businesses. I propose closing down vehicle traffic on the four blocks of Telegraph from Dwight Way to Bancroft Way. This would open up an opportunity for a community commons with street vendors, a farmer's market and would encourage cafe and restaurant seating out on to the sidewalk like other major city like Paris (Champs de Lassie).
